I have manual for M8000 which was replaced by M8000+. There are differences between the two machines and I now require new manual for the M8000+. Tried to contact Newsmy with serial number but they refuse to accept it. Its the serial number stamped on the machine. What gives with this company? Are they legitimate or just out to lunch?
